^Phileo Tearoom specialises in nitro cold brew tea blends which is suitable for the tropical climate of Bangkok weather.

^At Phileo Tearoom Teabar*, all juice and liquid mixture are stored in glass bottle on the champagne ice bar manner.

HOT BREWING METHOD

Servings: 6grams (≈Half table spoon) per 250mℓof hot water. Brewing/ pouring/ rinsing spring water* temperature:      

 

       99 Degree                         82 Degree                             100 Degree                       93 Degree                             82 Degree            

 

Preparation:

1. Warm your cup/pot to the optimum temperature for consistent brewing.    

To do this, pour hot spring water into the cup/pot and swirl it till warm and discard the water.

2. Rinse the tea with hot spring water before brewing.

3. Pour hot spring water into the cup/pot of tea and allow it to brew for 3-5 minutes.

4. Separate the tea matter from the drink and enjoy brewed tea.

 

Re-steeping tea: Immediately re-steep your tea after your infusion to prevent from degradation. You may steep multiple times depending on the type of tea.

 

*Quality spring water (pH 7) is the optimal bottled water for tea.

 

COLD BREW METHOD

Servings: 14.3grams (1 Tablespoon) per 250mℓ of cold water

 

Preparation:

1. Scoop one tablespoon of tea into an airtight container.

2. Pour cold spring water into the the container.

3. Seal the container and store it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

4. Separate the tea matter from the drink and enjoy brewed tea.

 

Re-steeping tea:

Immediately re-steep your tea/tisane after your brew to prevent from degradation. Increase the duration of cold brewing by 2 to 4 hours from your previous steeping. You may steep multiple times depending on the type of tea.
